Frame:

• Constructed from two longitudinal I-beam spars made of high-carbon, low-alloy steel, connected by cross beams. The frame is reinforced for enhanced strength and resistance to torsion under challenging road and climatic conditions.
• Reinforced kingpin plate with a 2-inch kingpin for the fifth-wheel coupling device.
• Landing gear with a load capacity of 24 tons (2 x 12 tons).
• Detachable spare wheel basket for two spare wheels, secured to the frame with bolts.
• Side underrun protection made of anodized aluminum, with lift-and-lower functionality.
• Rear underrun protection designed as a liftable and lowerable profile, equipped with a mudguard.

Chassis:

  • BPW SLO unit, reinforced design with a square cross-section beam of 120 x 120 mm, resistant to torsion in demanding road conditions.
  • FOX Intra Drum unit, reinforced design with a round cross-section beam of 148 x 14 mm, resistant to torsion in demanding road conditions.
• Permissible load per axle: 9,000 kg (technically permissible).
• Brake mechanism: drum type.

Suspension:

• BPW reinforced pneumatic suspension with 360 mm diameter air bags and reinforced shock absorbers.
• FOX INTRA reinforced pneumatic suspension with 350 mm diameter air bags and reinforced shock absorbers.

Wheels:

• Complete wheel assembly with Accuride 11.75 x 22.5 ET0 discs – 7 units, including 1 spare.
• Tires: 385/65 R22.5.

Brake System:

• WABCO EBS 2S/2M pneumatic electronic brake system with RSS (Roll Stability Support) – an electronic system to prevent trailer rollover.
• Smartboard information system (monitoring trailer parameters and axle load data).
• ABS sensors.
• Steel air reservoirs for the pneumatic suspension and brake system.
• Semi-automatic parking brake system with spring-loaded energy accumulators.
• Manual control valve for raising and lowering the chassis with pneumatic suspension.

Electrical Equipment:

• Explosion-proof electrical system with insulated connectors, operating at a nominal voltage of 24V.
• Electrical connections: 2 x 7-pin connectors (two seven-pole connectors) and 1 x 15-pin connector (one fifteen-pole connector).
• Additional working lights behind the landing gear.

• Laminated multilayer plywood. The floor is removable for easy access to the trailer's main mechanisms.

• Detachable stanchions made of low-alloy, high-strength STRENX 700MC steel, with a reinforced design and a permissible load capacity of up to 8 tons.

Surface Preparation for Painting:

Painting:

• The product is coated with an anti-corrosion zinc-containing primer before enamel application.
• Chassis, attachments, stanchions, and beams are painted with a two-component epoxy-polyurethane system used in the automotive industry.
