Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data
This agreement on the processing of personal data is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
By clicking the "Submit" or "Order" buttons on the website https://braver.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), I (hereinafter referred to as the User) give my consent to the processing of my personal data and their transfer to the personal data processing operator – Joint Stock Company "Machine Engineering Plant for Trailer Equipment" OGRN 1205000112130 INN 5038156398 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which owns the Site, under the following conditions.
The User:
- confirms that all data provided by him belongs personally to him;
- confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing his personal data specified in the input fields of the Site's forms, and that the text of the Agreement and the terms of personal data processing are clear to him;
- expresses consent to the processing of personal data without reservations and limitations. The moment of acceptance of the Agreement is the marking of the corresponding field in the form and pressing the submit button on any page of the Site;
- confirms that by giving consent, he acts freely, of his own will, and in his own interest;
This consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the User, provided by him in the forms:
- Last name, first name, patronymic;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Other personal data specified by the User in the forms.
The purpose of processing personal data is their storage and use, including:
- Responses to User inquiries;
- Conclusion of a contract with the User.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User expresses his interest and gives full consent that the processing of his personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (granting access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.
This Agreement is recognized as executed in simple written form.
The Agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment of data provision and may be revoked by the User by submitting a written application to the Operator, indicating the data specified in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" at the Operator's location, no less than 30 days before the moment of revocation of the corresponding consent.
In the event of the User's withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User's consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
In the course of processing personal data, the Operator has the right to carry out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User's personal data.
The transfer of the User's personal data to third parties is not carried out, except for persons processing personal data on behalf of the Operator and at its request, as well as in cases established by law.
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its publication unless otherwise stipulated by the new version of the Agreement.
