3-axle semi-trailer for operation with 2- and 3-axle tractors

Frame:

• Made of two longitudinal I-beam spars connected by cross beams made of high-carbon low-alloy steel;
• The frame is reinforced and resistant to torsion under challenging road and climatic conditions;
• Reinforced kingpin plate with a 2-inch kingpin for the fifth-wheel coupling device;
• Landing gear with a load capacity of 24 tons;
• Basket for transporting two spare wheels, detachable design – bolted to the frame;
• Side underrun protection made of anodized material, with lift-and-lower functionality;
• Rear underrun aluminum protection with a mudguard.

Chassis:

• Three-axle FOX Intra Drum assembly, reinforced design with a round cross-section beam of 148x14 mm, resistant to torsion in challenging road conditions;
• Permissible load per axle – 9,000 kg (technically permissible);
• Brake mechanism – drum type;
• Suspension – FOX INTRA, reinforced pneumatic, with 350 mm diameter air bags, reinforced shock absorbers;
• First axle lift device – automatic lifting mechanism.

Wheels:

• Complete wheel assembly with Accuride 11.75 x 22.5 ET0 discs – 7 units, including 1 spare;
• Tires sized 385/65 R22.5.

Brake System:

• WABCO EBS 2S/2M pneumatic electronic brake system with RSS function – electronic rollover prevention system;
• Smartboard information system (monitoring trailer parameters, providing axle load data);
• ABS sensors;
• Steel air reservoirs for pneumatic suspension and brake system;
• Semi-automatic parking brake system with spring-loaded energy accumulators;
• Manual control valve for raising and lowering the chassis with pneumatic suspension.

Electrical Equipment:

• Explosion-proof electrical system with insulated connectors, nominal voltage 24V;
• Electrical connections – 2 x 7 (two seven-pole connectors) and 1 x 15 (one fifteen-pole connector);
• Five-chamber rear lights with reflectors.

Floor:

• Laminated multilayer plywood;
• Pockets for insertable stanchions (stakes) along the platform perimeter, 6 units on each side.

Front Wall:

• Steel front wall with a height of 1,680 mm.

Sideboards:

• Detachable aluminum sideboards, 600 mm high, 4 units on each side;
• Rear sideboard, 600 mm high, with a foldable step installed on the rear sideboard.

Stanchions/Stakes:

• Steel stanchions/stakes included with mounting behind the side protection.

Cargo Securing:

• 24 steel loops located along the perimeter of the sideboard platform.

Additional Equipment:

• Plastic toolbox;

Surface Preparation for Painting:

• Shot blasting of the frame and metal components in accordance with GOST R ISO 8501-1-2014.

Painting:

• The product is treated with an anti-corrosion zinc-containing primer before enamel application;
• Painting of the chassis, front wall, and stanchions/stakes – two-component epoxy-polyurethane system used in the automotive industry.
