Types of Containers Transported:

• 1 x 40-foot container with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 1 x 40-foot High-cube container with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 1 x 30-foot container with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 1 x 20-foot container, centrally positioned, with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 2 x 20-foot containers with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;

The semi-trailer is designed to pass weight control as part of a road train with a tractor having a 4x2 wheel formula and to transport a container weighing up to 31,000 kg (gross) without violating the total weight of the road train or the axle loads.

Frame:

• Constructed from two longitudinal I-beams connected by transverse beams made of high-carbon low-alloy steel. The frame is reinforced and resistant to twisting in challenging road and climatic conditions;
• Reinforced support plate with a 2-inch kingpin of the fifth wheel coupling;
• Additional kingpin position for operation with a 3-axle tractor;
• Support device with a load capacity of 24 tons;
• Fitting locks for securing the container;
• Drop-down boxes for accommodating a 20-foot container positioned in the first position;
• Steel platform for loading and unloading a centrally positioned 20-foot container;
• Basket for transporting 2 spare wheels, removable design – bolted attachment of the basket to the frame;
• Side anti-tilt protection made of anodized aluminum with the ability to raise and lower;
• Rear anti-tilt aluminum device with a mudguard;

Chassis:

• Four-axle axle unit FOX Intra Disc, reinforced design with a round crossbeam thickness of 148 x 14 mm, resistant to twisting in challenging road conditions;
• Permissible load on each axle 9,000 kg (technically permissible);
• Brake mechanism – disc type;
• Suspension – FOX INTRA pneumatic reinforced, with 350 mm diameter airbags and reinforced shock absorbers;
• 1st axle lifting device – manual control forced mechanism;
• 2nd axle lifting device – automatic lifting mechanism.

Wheels:

• Complete wheel on Accuride 11.75 x 22.5 ET120 rim - 9 pcs., including 1 spare;
• Tires sized 385/55 R22.5.

Braking System:

• Electronic pneumatic braking system WABCO EBS 4S/4M, with RSS function – electronic system preventing the product from tipping over;
• Smartboard information system (monitoring semi-trailer parameters, obtaining information on axle load);
• ABS sensors;
• Aluminum receivers for pneumatic suspension and braking system;
• Parking brake system of semi-automatic type with spring energy accumulators;
• Manual control valve for lifting and lowering the chassis with pneumatic suspension.

Electrical Equipment:

• Electrical equipment in explosion-proof design with connector insulation, nominal voltage 24V;
• Electrical equipment connection – 2 x 7 (seven-pole connectors 2 pcs.) and 1 x 15 (fifteen-pole connector 1 pc.);
• Five-chamber rear lights with reflectors – 2 pcs.

Surface Preparation for Painting:

Shot blasting of the frame and metal parts of the product according to GOST R ISO 8501-1-2014.

Painting:

• The product is treated with an anti-corrosive zinc-containing primer before applying enamel;
• Painting of the chassis, beams, and fastening elements - two-component epoxy-polyurethane system used in automotive industry coatings.
