The shipment of new Braver timber semi-trailers is actively underway at the MZPT machine-building plant.
The frame of the timber carriers is of reinforced design, made from high-strength, low-alloy steel. Double welding of the frame side members ensures exceptional strength and flexibility, allowing it to retain elasticity even in the harshest low-temperature conditions. The high quality of the steel and the reliability of the welded structure ensure comfortable operation of the equipment in off-road conditions and with sharp temperature fluctuations. The semi-trailers are equipped with a 3-axle bogie (BPW semi-spring or FOX Intra box-type), with a permissible load of 9000 kg per axle and a reinforced pneumatic suspension.
The semi-trailers are fitted with a Wabco EBS braking system. For ease of operation, the semi-trailers feature a SMARTBOARD unit - an information system for braking characteristics, showing the load distribution across the axles. The trailers are equipped with collapsible Braver stakes. Stakes production is automated, with a modern robot handling the full manufacturing cycle using high-quality steel. A key advantage is that the stakes are not prone to deformation after heavy loads on the posts! The semi-trailers come with tires featuring an off-road tread pattern.
It is worth noting that, according to customer wishes, the semi-trailers can be adapted to the specifics of transportation operations - for example, by adding stakes, changing stake height, replacing tires, etc. And you can always order spare parts for the semi-trailer with minimal delivery time - simply provide the VIN.
